We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we're here to help.

✅ 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.

📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition you received it

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

💬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@commercialcleaningmachines.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

  3. Do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

💸 Return Fees & Deductions

If your return is not due to an error on our part, the following fees apply:

  • A 20% processing/restocking fee

  • Original postage costs incurred by us

These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Example: For an item priced at £100, you’ll receive £80 minus our original delivery costs.

🚚 Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at

We’ll resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.

We cannot process damage or error claims after 3 days from delivery.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Custom/special order products (unless faulty)

  • Returns requested after 30 days
