Do I need a repair or a service?
A repair fixes an existing fault. A service is planned maintenance to help keep a working machine in good condition. If your machine is losing performance, showing an error or has stopped working, tell us the symptoms and we’ll advise.
How much will my repair cost?
That depends on the machine, its condition and the fault. We provide a written quotation setting out parts, labour and associated costs before repair work goes ahead. On-site call-out fees apply; ask the team about the costs when arranging a visit.
What is included in the repair?
We diagnose the fault, quote for the work, then carry out the approved repair. We check the machine’s operation and clean it down before return. Electrical safety and PAT testing are included where applicable to the equipment.
Can you repair my machine on site?
On-site repairs are available for commercial equipment depending on your location, the machine and the work needed. Contact us to discuss coverage and availability. Call-out fees apply, and some repairs may need workshop facilities.
Where do I drop my machine off?
Our workshop is at Units 3 & 4, North House, Callywhite Lane, Dronfield, S18 2XR. Please speak to the team first so we can confirm arrangements. Domestic machine repairs are workshop only.
How long will it take — and can I hire a machine?
Timing depends on the diagnosis, parts availability and workshop schedule. The team will discuss this with you. If you need equipment while yours is being repaired, explore machine hire and check suitable machines and availability.
