Shipping policy

UK Mainland Deliveries

We offer free shipping on all UK Mainland orders over £150 + VAT.
For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of £5.99 will apply.

Non-Mainland UK & International Shipping

Shipping to locations outside of the UK Mainland (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) is available and will be charged at cost. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote and further information.

Delivery Methods

Orders are shipped via courier or pallet delivery, depending on the size and weight of the items.
If you have specific delivery requirements (e.g. you cannot accept pallet deliveries), please let us know before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot amend the delivery method.


Collection from Store

Collection from our store is available for all items, free of charge — regardless of order value or item type.
Please note that some products may not be held in stock at the store at all times. In these cases, items can usually be brought into store within 1–2 working days following your order.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.


Special Delivery Terms for Certain Products

Some items, such as hazardous chemicals or refurbished machinery, may be subject to different delivery terms due to their nature.
Where applicable, these terms will be clearly displayed on the relevant product pages and highlighted at checkout once a shipping address is entered.

We advise all customers to review this information carefully before completing a purchase, as these items may have extended delivery times, require special handling, or incur additional shipping charges.


Address Changes

We are unable to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.
To protect against fraud, we also do not allow delivery address changes to any address not registered to the company or person placing the order.

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before dispatch.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in additional delivery charges, which will be billed to the customer. If a parcel is returned to us, the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any refund issued.


Failed Deliveries

Couriers will attempt delivery at least twice.
If delivery cannot be completed and the item is returned to us, we will refund the order minus all shipping and handling charges.

These fees depend on the courier and parcel size, and may range from £55 + VAT up to £150 + VAT.
