Regular servicing of commercial cleaning machines helps prevent breakdowns, extends lifespan, and reduces the need for costly repairs. If your machine isn’t working as it should, a repair may be needed, but routine servicing often prevents issues from developing in the first place.

The frequency of servicing depends on usage, but as a general rule, commercial cleaning machines should be serviced every 6 to 12 months. Heavy-use machines may need more frequent maintenance to prevent breakdowns and keep them running efficiently. Regular servicing extends the lifespan of your equipment and helps avoid unexpected repair costs.

During a service, we thoroughly inspect and test your machine to ensure it’s in top working condition. This includes checking electrical components, connections, and batteries, as well as replacing consumable items like filters, squeegee blades, brushes, and pads as needed. We also carry out a full health check, extensive testing, and an electrical safety test. As part of our service, we clean and wipe down the machine to keep it looking its best. Please note that parts are not included in the base service price and will be charged separately unless covered by a service plan that includes consumables.

This completely depends on your machines condition, what needs fitting and what type of machine you have. We ALWAYS provide a full written quotation before doing any service or repair work and will provide a through breakdown of the costs.

ANY commercial or industrial cleaning machines. We are happy to take in any type of cleaning machine for repair or service providing it is industrial or commercial. We do also repair and service domestic cleaning machines, but this service is only available in our workshops and all domestic machines need to be dropped into store.
