Engine-driven pressure washers, electric machines and battery equipment all need the right care. We tailor the service to your machine, its power source and how it’s used.

01 / INSPECT

Engines, oils & fluids.

For engine-driven machinery, we carry out oil and fluid changes, replace filters and spark plugs, and change fuel as required. The work is matched to the machine and its service needs.

02 / MAINTAIN

Pumps, parts & performance.

We check pressure-washer pumps, hoses and connections, alongside the working components of your machine. Filters, squeegees, brushes and pads are assessed and replaced where needed.

03 / CHECK

Electrical checks. Running checks.

Electric and battery-powered equipment gets the relevant electrical, connection and battery checks. We run and test the machine after servicing, then clean and wipe it down.

Parts and consumables are charged separately unless included in your service plan. We provide a written quotation before work goes ahead.

Do I need a repair or service?

Repairs and servicing are different—servicing is preventative maintenance, while repairs fix existing faults. Regular servicing of commercial cleaning machines helps prevent breakdowns, extends lifespan, and reduces the need for costly repairs. If your machine isn’t working as it should, a repair may be needed, but routine servicing often prevents issues from developing in the first place.

How often should I get my machines serviced?

The frequency of servicing depends on usage, but as a general rule, commercial cleaning machines should be serviced every 6 to 12 months. Heavy-use machines may need more frequent maintenance to prevent breakdowns and keep them running efficiently. Regular servicing extends the lifespan of your equipment and helps avoid unexpected repair costs.

What is included in a service?

We tailor the service to the machine. For engine-driven equipment such as pressure washers, this includes oil and fluid changes, filter and spark-plug replacement, and fuel changes as required. Pumps, hoses, connections and working components are checked as appropriate. For electric and battery-powered equipment, we check electrical components, connections and batteries, with electrical safety testing where applicable. Filters, squeegee blades, brushes and pads are replaced as needed. We also carry out a general health check, operational testing and a clean-down. Parts and consumables are charged separately unless included in your service plan, with a written quotation provided before work goes ahead.

How much is a service?

This completely depends on your machines condition, what needs fitting and what type of machine you have. We ALWAYS provide a full written quotation before doing any service or repair work and will provide a through breakdown of the costs.

What machines do you service?

We service all makes of commercial and industrial cleaning machinery, including engine-driven pressure washers, scrubber dryers, sweepers, vacuums and floorcare equipment. Petrol, diesel, electric and battery-powered machinery are all part of our work. We also service domestic cleaning machines in our workshop; these need to be brought in by arrangement.
