We email you a quote showing the price of your new machine, your part-exchange value, and any delivery or collection, so you see your final cost upfront.
03 / SWAP
Swap the machines.
Pay for your new machine. Your part-exchange value is held until we've received and checked your old one, then refunded to you. Bring it in or we'll arrange collection.
The value in your quote is based on your description and photos. If your machine is as described, we honour it. If not, we'll offer a revised value in writing and you can accept it or have your machine returned. We only take commercial machines, and may decline some makes and models.

The essentials before you send your machine.
What machines do you take in part exchange?
Commercial and industrial cleaning machines: pressure washers, floor buffers and polishers, carpet cleaners and extractors, floor scrubber dryers, sweepers, gutter vacs and more. We do not take domestic machines, and we may decline some makes and models, for example where we already hold plenty of that type.
Which of your machines can I part exchange against?
Every new and refurbished machine we sell. Part exchange is normally offered on machines over £500. Ask us if you're looking at something smaller.
How much will I get for my machine?
It depends on the make, model, age and condition. Send us the details and photos and we'll give you a written value, normally within one working day. It's a guide until we've seen your machine.
When do I get my part-exchange value?
You pay the full price of your new machine, and your part-exchange value is shown on its own line. It's held until we've received and checked your old machine. If it's as you described, we refund it straight away to the way you paid.
What if my machine isn't quite as described?
We'll offer you a revised value in writing, with our reasons and photos. Accept it and we pay it straight away, or decline and we return your machine. If it wasn't as described, the return carriage is payable by you.
Do I get a discount for paying by bank transfer?
Yes. Your quote shows our standard price and a prompt-payment discount if you pay by bank transfer. We never add a surcharge for paying by card.
How do I get my old machine to you?
Bring it to our Dronfield workshop, ask us to arrange a courier collection (we quote the cost upfront), or use your own carrier. Please drain engine machines, disconnect batteries where possible and pack it sensibly.
Can I trade in more than one machine?
Yes. You can add up to five machines on one request.
