The right nozzle. A proper size.
Enter your working pressure and water flow to find the nearest standard nozzle size. All measurements are in bar and litres.
Find your nozzle size
Use working flow and working pressure from the same machine specification. For a surface cleaner, flow is divided equally between its jets. Check the cleaner’s specified jet size and maximum pressure before fitting.
Understand your result
Nozzle codes such as 04, 045 and 05 are standard size designations. They are not hole diameters in millimetres.
The result selects the closest size from 02, 025, 03, 035, 04, 045, 05, 055, 06, 065, 07 and 08. An exact tie selects the larger opening. Values outside this supported size range are referred to CCM.
A smaller opening can demand more pressure; a larger one reduces it. The nearest size is a starting point: do not exceed the machine, nozzle or accessory rating or adjust the unloader to force a result.
Read a nozzle marking
Example: 25045 usually means a 25° spray angle and size 045.
Confirm the marking system, spray angle, connection and temperature rating. A wide fan can still damage delicate surfaces.
Check the fit before ordering
Confirm the connection, spray angle and rated pressure for your lance, turbo nozzle or surface cleaner. Replace worn jets as a matched set where required. Calculated flow and pressure are estimates; real performance also depends on nozzle tolerances, wear and losses through hoses and fittings.
