We Are Moving Premises: Same Service, Bigger Possibilities
Commercial Cleaning Machines Ltd is delighted to announce that we are moving to a new and improved home. From Monday 8 December 2025, our doors will open at:
Units 3 & 4 North House
Callywhite Lane
Dronfield
S18 2XR
This is only five minutes up the road from our current location at Clarke House, Main Road, Unstone, so we will remain firmly within the local area we know and love.
Why We Are Moving
Almost two years ago we created a 1,200 sq ft showroom and demonstration space within Clarke House. The project was a huge milestone for us and we remain incredibly proud of what we built. Despite this, the showroom has not delivered the commercial value our business needed, particularly given the substantial business rates attached to the property.
We have explored every possible avenue to remain in our current building, especially after investing so much into making it our home. However, the economics simply no longer stack up. Moving allows us to continue growing sustainably while still delivering the high-quality service our customers expect.
What Will Change
In short, very little.
• We will still have a shop and trade counter for customers who prefer to call in and pick up directly
• Stock availability remains key, and the new premises provides more warehouse capacity for improved levels across all ranges
• Our workshops will be significantly larger and more purposeful, enabling faster turnaround on servicing, repairs, and machine refurbishments
• Demonstration areas will not relocate, as the majority of our customers prefer on-site demonstrations at their own facilities
The move is focused entirely on enabling growth, efficiency, and better support for our customers.
What Will Stay the Same

• The same expert support and service
• The same local focus
Only our operating address is changing.
We would like to thank every customer, supplier, and partner who has supported us on our journey so far. Clarke House will always represent a significant chapter in our story. The next chapter promises to be even more exciting.
