Do you price match on all of your catalogue?

Yes, we will try and match any genuine prices on our complete range.

Do you price match promotions?

When we can, absolutely. The only time we will not try to match a price is if the item is being sold as part of a stores clearance range.

Do you price match against Ebay or Amazon?

Yes if the seller is a registered business in the UK. We do not price match against private sellers or dropshippers.

I do not have any proof of the lower cost offered to me, will you still match?

No. We do require valid proof of any prices being quoted. If you find the item online, a screenshot or link to the website is more than enough. Official quotations, or emails sent from other suppliers will also be accepted, as well as printed material such as flyers or brochures.

Does the item have to be exactly the same?

In most cases, yes. When possible we can match similar items providing the specs are the same, brands are comparable etc.

We take in to consideration when price matching, the full quotation including any included accessories, spec changes, manufacturer, delivery costs and VAT.
